Biblical History Center – LaGrange

Located in LaGrange, the Biblical History Center is an immersive museum where visitors can experience the history and culture of the ancient biblical world. Through archaeological replicas, interactive exhibits, guided tours, and ancient-inspired meals, the stories of the Bible come to life in ways you can see, touch, and taste.

During your visit, you can:

• Experience nomadic life inside a goat-hair tent like those used by ancient shepherds.

• Explore full-scale replicas of ancient tombs, including examples that provide context for the stories of Abraham and Jesus.

• Walk through a first-century village and discover what everyday life was like 2,000 years ago.

• Journey through the Time Tunnel to learn about the worship practices of pagans, Jews, and Christians from approximately 2500 BCE to 500 CE.

• Explore artifacts from the ancient Near East and Mediterranean world.

• Reserve the Biblical Meal Experience, featuring foods inspired by the ingredients, customs, and hospitality of the ancient world.

Formerly known as Explorations in Antiquity Center, the Biblical History Center welcomes families, church groups, school groups, and travelers of all backgrounds. Guided experiences, self-guided admission, and meal programs are available. Advance reservations are recommended for guided tours and required for meal experiences.
