Natalia's Restaurant was established by me, Natalia Del Basso Orsini, on 23 January 1984.  It was a pure American dream come true.  Since then, I have been dedicated to serving you, both in the restaurant and in your homes, with a level of class and style - a sparkling professionalism emancipated through culinary innovation.  Strangely, through the years, as so many things have changed, my clientele, eclectic as it may be, has remained the same.  I would like to take this opportunity to thank you, for your nights of smiles and laughter, Cin Cin, and your wonder-filled years of support.  I look forward to serving you this new year, as I grow ever mindful of my native Abruzzo, new dishes from an old land.  I hope you enjoy them.  We will be happy to prepare any dish you have enjoyed previously, provided the ingredients are available.  Buon appetito . . .
