The Dining Room is a stunning and intimate, 36 seat fine dining restaurant, where culinary excellence and service are revered.

Featuring the unparalleled talents of Chef Russell Hays, MAD Hospitality's Culinary Director, the Dining Room harkens back to the days of dining for the sheer pleasure of it, and enjoying wonderful culinary experiences.

Featuring three and four couse prix fixe options, as well as a la carte selections. Executive Chef and Culinary Director Russell Hays creates each dish from the freshest available farm to table ingredients. Desserts are impeccably prepared by Chef Eduard Fenouil, of sister location, Patisserie on Main.
