Sundown Farms Plantation offers an unforgettable southern experience and southern hospitality at its best. Located 50 miles north of Tallahassee in Colquitt County right in the heart of south Georgia's plantation belt and Bobwhite quail country, Sundown covers over 1000 acres of beautiful pines, cotton, and peanut fields.

Sundown Farms Plantation consists of about 900 acres, offering guided quail hunts at affordable prices. Also, the plantation is available for rent for weddings, receptions, and any type of party or celebration.

The 7000 square foot lodge was constructed in 2008 and offers amenities that are second to none. The lodge has 8 bedrooms off of the back porch facing into the courtyard. Two of these lodge rooms have two twin beds and handicapped accessible bathrooms. The other six lodge bedrooms have queen size beds each with a private bathroom.
