Rising Atlanta Rapper, Skateboarder Germ Releases His Debut Album
Rising Atlanta rapper and skateboarder Germ has released his debut album, "Germ Has a Deathwish," on G*59 Records, the label run by New Orleans rap duo $uicideboy$, who also guest on one track. Others joining Germ on the 11-track affair include Atlanta’s Lil Gnar, L.A.’s Ohgeesy and Miami’s Pouya.
The 27-year-old rapper, once part of the hip hop group Buffet Boys, grew up in the skate scene in Atlanta, and has influences ranging from punk acts Minor Threat, GG Allin and The Germs to Eminem, Earl Sweatshirt and Andre 3000.
