Hand-made, artisan gelato crafted to the highest standards of Italian tradition using only the finest, all-natural, predominantly organic, ingredients. Prepared fresh, on site, in small batches, our gelati and non-dairy(vegan) sorbetti flavors are often made with local ingredients such as Swift and Finch Espresso or Rise n’ Shine organic strawberries. Our recipes are made using a “hot process” base we make from scratch, then it is aged for 12 hours before blending to make our family recipes smooth and creamy without excessive additives.
