Entrance to Old Mill Park
Waterfall created by damming the creek to provide power to Roswell's Mills.
The Machine Shop is the only mill building that survived the Civil War.
A covered pedestrian bridge connects the Roswell trails in Old Mill Park to the Chattahoochee River National Recreation Area trails on the other side of the creek.
An interpreted accessible path winds its way through much of the park.
Explore the trails along Vickery Creek at Old Mill Park and see the mill ruins of the Roswell Manufacturing Company. Constructed in 1839 and 1853, these mills were burned by Union forces on July 7, 1864. The 1853 mill was rebuilt after the Civil War and used until destroyed by fire again in 1926. These mills were known as the Roswell Manufacturing Company. Cross over Vickery Creek on the covered pedestrian bridge to access the Chattahoochee River National Recreation Area Vickery Creek Unit for more trails.
