Rockdale Tennis Center

Nestled in the heart of Conyers and Rockdale County, Rockdale Tennis Center offers 14 courts for tournaments, lessons and casual play. The tennis center is encircled by a multi-use trail, access to the PATH Trail, and adjacent to Wheeler Park’s playground, pavilion and a future skate park.

Georgia International Horse Park (GIHP)

Equestrian, multi-purpose, trails, nature center, golf course

Atlanta’s Olympic legacy lives on at this 1,400-acre sports oasis in north Rockdale County. Equestrian competitions, rodeos, festivals, expos, mountain bike and equestrian trails, a nature center and Arnold Palmer-designed Cherokee Run Golf Club, comprise this haven for multi-sport enthusiasts. Obstacle races, dog agility shows, 5K races, and more have found the Georgia International Horse Park the perfect venue for whatever the sports and outdoor-related occasion.

Rockdale Youth Soccer Association (RYSA)

Recreational, select and academy soccer for youth, indoor soccer for youth and adults

RYSA was founded in 1972, and today, more than 1,400 children and youth, and several hundred adults play recreationally and competitively through this association. RYSA is not-for-profit and is governed by a board who believes in firmly implanting the ideals of good sportsmanship, honesty, loyalty, courage and reverence that strong and healthy youth will grow into well-rounded and healthy adults through competitive soccer matches.
