Named after the chef and owner's grandmother, Dorothy’s Cocktail & Oyster Bar is an upscale restaurant on St. Simon’s Island. Dorothy’s serves coastal cuisine including raw fresh seafood, and a variety of dishes inspired by the owner and his wife's travels to Southeast Asia.
