Southeast Georgia Health System Fitness Trail

The Southeast Georgia Health System Fitness Trail is located adjacent to the St. Simons Immediate Care Center and Gascoigne Bluff on St. Simons Island. The entrance of the trail, which is located on Arthur J. Moore Drive, is marked by a wood and synthetic oyster tabby arbor that matches the architectural style used throughout the Golden Isles. The arbor was donated in memory of Dottie Castle, by her daughters, and the Sea Island Garden Group. The trail’s bamboo loop was made possible by a gift from Mike and Lucia Gumaer and is named in their honor.
