The Roosevelt Memorial Airport in Warm Springs is home to the Southern Eagles Soaring (SES), a private gliding club. Southern Eagles Soaring is made up of members from both Alabama and Georgia and has a tow plane and a fleet of club gliders. Flights are on Saturdays (10 am til 6 pm) and Sundays (noon til 6 pm), weather permitting. Visits are welcome and rides are available.
