The Killian House Retreat was built in 1953 by Sam Killian Jr. Sam Killian Sr. was Mayor of Warm Springs and had a mercantile store on main street while FDR came to The Little White House. We have fully restored the house and want to share it with you, your family, and friends. It is a very quite location that has 4 bedrooms, 2 baths and can accommodate 8 people. It is a great place to relax and unwind.
