Sunday, May 31, 2026 10 AM to 11 AM - Fort Yargo State Park - Winder, GA - Led by our RYT-200 certified yoga instructor & park naturalist Ranger Jake, this public program is offered as an introduction for absolute beginners. If you've ever been curious about yoga but find the studio setting intimidating, or you've practiced on your own & want a simple guided group practice, this come-as-you-are program developed for you!

Yoga mat recommended but not required (a simple towel is ideal). No props needed. This ~45 minute grounding practice will be mostly seated & focused on guided group breathing with some light stretching. Please pre-register at Visitor Center before start time. Park at the Old Fort & we'll meet on the lawn overlooking the lake. Please email questions to [email protected]
