Full Buck Moon Hike

Wednesday, Jul 29, 2026 8 PM to 9 PM - Fort Yargo State Park - Winder, GA - Join us for a night you'll fawn over. You will hear moon lore, see some antlers and learn why this month is called the Buck Moon. This 2.5-mile guided hike is perfect for a first-time hiker. We'll take a northerly course with the rising moon in our sightlines. The trail is paved and the hike takes about an hour. Closed toe shoes are recommended.
