We give tours by appointment to visit Thomaston's oldest home, the PettiGrew-White-Stamps House, as well as the Frances Walker House, an authentic "shotgun" home filled with African-American memorabilia. Our turn-of-the-century courthouse is a beautiful backdrop for your next selfie!
We have outdoor recreation opportunities galore! For a more daring adventure, set your sights on soaring through the air with Skydive Atlanta, or visit Gerald I Lawhorn Scouting Base for some serious mountain biking or rock climbing. In need of a slower pace of life? Take a walk through the Auchumpkee Creek Covered Bridge, play 18-holes of golf at Raintree, or enjoy canoeing, fishing, or hiking at Sprewell Bluff Park located on the Flint River.
