Nestled on 12 acres atop Sand Mountain over Trenton sits Sunrise Farm, a perfect setting for any occasion or weekend getaway.

Sunrise Farm consists of The Barn, The Grounds and The Guest Facility:

• The main floor of The Barn is a large open space and is perfect for table settings or a dance floor with a small corner stage.
• The large gazebo on The Grounds is a fantastic setting for any party, reunion or wedding ceremony.  Conveniently located just outside The Barn, the gazebo has wonderful views all around.
• The second and third floor of The Guest Facility is equipped with a full kitchen, dining area, laundry facilities, french doors to the large back deck and a living room.  The facility can sleep eigh confortably with a master suite, a loft with an open setting containing multiple beds and two full baths.

Perfect for photo opportunities, large fields surround the farm and a breathtaking bluff view is located just across the street.

Just 20 minutes from Downtown Chattanooga, guests can visit some of the most outstanding tourist sites and dine at some of the finest restaurants.
