Night Sky Coffee Roasters is an award winning specialty coffee roaster and coffee shop located
in historic downtown Winder, Georgia. We are a locally owned, family operated business
dedicated to bringing people together through exceptional coffee, genuine hospitality, and
community experiences.

Founded by Charlie Finch, an astronomer, and Millie Finch, a microbiologist, Night Sky Coffee
Roasters began with a passion for roasting coffee at home and sharing it with others. After
building a loyal following at the Barrow County Farmers Market, we opened our café and
roastery in downtown Winder, where we continue to roast every coffee in house in small
batches.

We source high quality coffee from family farms and cooperatives around the world, roasting
each coffee to highlight its unique origin and flavor. Our café serves handcrafted espresso drinks,
pour overs, drip coffee, cold brew, tea, matcha, breakfast, lunch, pastries, and seasonal specialty
beverages. Guests can also purchase freshly roasted whole bean coffee, ground coffee, wholesale
coffee, white label coffee, and our 100 percent compostable single serve coffee pods.

Night Sky Coffee Roasters has earned multiple medals at the North American Golden Bean
Coffee Roasting Competition and has become a destination for coffee lovers visiting Northeast
