Sims Academy of Innovation & Technology

Sims Academy of Innovation & Technology is a high school career academy that is part of the Barrow County School System. We have many career pathways besides culinary arts: construction, engineering, graphics design, audio/video and a bunch more. The restaurant is open 11 Thursdays a semester with seatings between 11:45 & 12:15. It is a class for the third and final level students in the culinary arts pathway. The cost is $8.00 per person for 3 courses and the funds go to supplying the program.
